As the first phase of our planned
development programme, the businesses of Belfry Maintenance Services
Limited and Belfry Building Company Limited are to be combined into
a single entity, Belfry Group Limited. In recent years the individual businesses have each achieved significant organic growth both in terms of the geographical spread and the scope of work undertaken. With the integration of the two businesses over the next few months, Belfry will be able to offer a comprehensive “one stop shop” capability to customers on a nationwide basis. Using our combined expertise and experience, we will be even better placed to take on more demanding projects without compromising our reputation for quality workmanship and high levels of customer service. To support and drive the growth plans of Belfry, Brian Kerr has been appointed a Director and shareholder of the company with a primary focus on acquisitions and the streamlining of commercial activities. Brian joins Belfry with a wealth of experience in corporate management, having held directorships with major brand named companies in the UK, international experience within Europe and the USA and more recently as Group Managing Director of Manchester based corporate acquisition specialists, Corpacq plc. Building on our recent successes and the significant growth in market opportunities, despite the economic climate, Belfry is looking to acquire a number of complimentary businesses over the next three years. The consolidation of the Belfry Group of Companies and the addition of corporate management expertise are only the first steps in our plan to become a major player in the existing facilities management and the growing framework maintenance sectors. |
