Installation of a new energy efficient district heating system throughout 101 apartments, 38 of which are sheltered housing. Complete with a custom made, roof mounted boiler room, constructed from a telecoms cabin and 20 roof mounted solar panels which preheat water circulating to each of the boilers to dramatically reduce running costs.
